India

For Ready Order Products: Within India, once shipped, our orders will take a maximum of 8-10 business in India during normal times unless there is a lockdown / natural calamity / strike and other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery time may also vary depending on the shipping address, public holidays, weather conditions, etc.
For Made to Order Products- Please check shipping timeline mentioned inside respective product description. 

Other Countries (where we deliver)

We will need an additional 10 days over the product's shipping timelines mentioned inside respective product description.

 

Charges

  • Orders below 1999 INR- A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs.100.
  • Orders above 1999 INR - Free shipping.
  • International orders - Depends on your pin code. Check the real-time cost during checkout.

Tracking
You will receive the tracking link in your email as soon as your order is shipped. You can also track your orders here. Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking link. 

Undelivered orders
Within India, if your order is prepaid then our delivery partners will make 3 delivery attempts. It will come back to us after that and we will either attempt to courier again (at additional charges) or issue you a refund of your order. All courier charges are non-refundable.

Important
If your delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. House of Mirrah is not liable for any delays in delivery by our courier partners or for factors beyond our control. In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside our control, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, natural calamities and disasters, we shall inform you of our inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
