Returns
When can you return?
We put our heart and soul in all products but sometimes they may still be victims of human error or may not live up to your expectation. So, if you’re unhappy with any of our products, place a request to return the product within 15 days of receiving the product. You can place a return request directly on your shipment tracking page or login to your Mirrah account to place a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send it along with the original packaging.
Well past 15 days but still want to return the product? Write to us at hello@houseofmirrah.com with your reason and order ID. We’ll see how best we can help you. Please be aware that you will only receive a partial refund in such cases.
Damaged / defective product? Uh-oh! Sorry, we didn’t mean to break your heart! Send us an email, within 5 days of receiving the product, on the above address with the photo of the damaged / defective product and we’ll try our best to bring a smile on your face again.

How to return?

In some cities we do not have the facility for reverse pick-up. In such cases please self-ship it to:

You will be responsible for paying your self-shipping costs while returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your product reaches us successfully.
You will receive a credit coupon worth Rs. 50 if you have self-shipped it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval / rejection of your refund.If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 business days from the notification.
Exclusions
- No refunds will be processed for returns without original packaging.
- If returns are washed, soiled, torn or damaged in any way, we will not process a refund.
- Gift-wrapping charges will not be refunded. If you need the replacement to be giftwrapped, get in touch with our team.
- No product replacements or monetary refunds for gift card / voucher / discounted / on-sale purchases. Instead, you will be compensated with a discount coupon of similar value.
- Refunds for cancellations – scroll down for terms of cancellation.
- No monetary refunds for COD purchases and order cancellations. We may compensate you with a voucher of similar value.
Depending on where you live, product replacements may sometimes take longer than usual to reach you. Monetary refunds may be subjected to delay from sender / receiver bank.

Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
No cancellation applicable for customized products once the order is placed.
If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be accepted.
