These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the site.
In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Website is referred to as "you" or "your" and the provider of website is referred to as “House of Mirrah”, “Mirrah”, "www.houseofmirrah.com ", "we", "us" or "our".

Website Use

This site may contain historical / static information. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not complete or current. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.
Currency of transactions
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Our business hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST) from Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email our customer service department at hello@houseofmirrah.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Customer Service Policy
Mirrah is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We work hard to ensure that all products and services listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 5-15 business days; if an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.
All returns, refunds and order cancellations will be undertaken as per our Returns & Refunds policy.
Modifications to the service and prices
All descriptions and prices of our products and service offerings are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Care Instructions
If the product is damaged or affected in any way due to improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.
Physical description of products
Measurements/dimensions/colours/images of the products displayed are only to allow you to understand the approximate size and look of the product. Therefore, the actual product delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Availability, Product Information, Pricing & Colours
At Mirrah, we go out of our way to give you the kind of distinctive products, designs and quality for which our brand is recognized for. Please understand that in many of our featured products, we use upcycled materials. Due to their limited availability, our products are offered in limited quantities and stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on www.houseofmirrah.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Most products displayed on the website are available while supplies last.
Many of our products are manufactured locally. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate.
Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

As part of our Marketing, we invite people who are interested in hearing more about ideas, inspirations, activities and art related communication to sign up to our newsletters in various ways. This will allow Mirrah to contact you regarding the Sites and any other Mirrah affiliated sites and services. Our subscription lists are managed by Shopify Email. If your credit card / debit card/ bank account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, House of Mirrah shall issue a credit to your account with the same amount as your purchase value.
